How do I request for quotes?

A

How long does it take to repair my device? How much does it cost?

A

In principle, approximately 30 – 60 minutes will be required. Please be assured that we will let you know when to finish repairing in advance.
The price depends on what type of device, the condition or any other factors. Please refer to our price list, and/or contact us via email or phone. Please be assured that we will charge only repairing cost, not any other costs which does not state, such as handling charge, the parts cost

Do you offer replacement while waiting for my device returned?

A

To avoid inconvenience, please check the following method in advance.
1. If you have another device with you, as long as you replace SIM card into it, you are able to use it as a replacement.
2. We will be able to offer you a replacement which you can use with your SIM card if you booked in advance. (Usage fee will be required separately.)

Is it possible to repair my “iOS jailbreaking” iPhone?

A

Yes, we can do with regular price. However, please be aware to back-ip in advance as we do not have any responsibility for containing data afterward. Also, the three-months-warranty is not applied in this case.

How do I request for repairing?

A

First, please make an appointment by phone, and visit us on appointment date.
If you prefer mailing the device, please send it to the following address after contacting us that you’d like to do so.

How long does it take to repair my device?

A

At least 15 minutes, on average less than 60 minutes will be required.
In case of the submerged, multiple repair may be required 2 – 3 hours.
Please be assured we will let you know how many hours it needs when booking repairing.

How much does it cost?

A

Please refer to the price list on the top page, or inquire us the quotes.
If the additional cost is required, we will let you know in advance.

If it is unable to repair my device, what would you do?

A

3,500yen(before-tax price) will be required for investigation cost.

Do you have any warranty service after service?

A

As the three-months-warranty is applied for the bug on all the device which we repaired, we will repair it if happened. However, the warranty will not be applied if it is due to your fault such as breakage screen, the accident during delivery, and/or the damage due to natural disasters.
* Please be aware that there may be possibility that Apple official repairing service would be invalid once we took place.

Is there the possibility to be deleted or leaked my data from my device?

A

As we do not back-up your data on our end, they will not be leaked. Also, please make sure to back-up your data beforehand although we do not format your original data.

Payment

How do I pay for?

A

We ask the buyer to make overall payment once the repairing is done. Not only payment by cash, bank transfer, credit card payment is accepted. Please note that we do not return your device unless the payment is confirmed. For more details, please contact us.

Would it be possible to issue a receipt?

A

Yes, we can issue a receipt. Please let us know in advance if you need a receipt or bill (full statement).

Is there anything we have to bring with?

A

Only your iPhone is necessary.
It would be appreciated if you enclose the memo with your name, returned address, your contact number, and the passcode to unlock.

How do I send my device to?

A

Wrap your iPhone with bubblewrap or recycled newspaper to prevent from damage outside, put into the proper-sized cardboard box or envelope, and send it to us. If you still have the original box with you, as it was made of strong and solid material, you would use it too.
* Just in case of unexpected damage during delivery, please make sure to back-up on your end, and send it to us.

A

Yes, you can. Please let us know if you have specific delivery date/time.

Can you repair as quickly as possible?

A

In principle, we proceed with repairing in chronological order. Please let us know if there is some particular reason, we will work hard to meet your request as much as possible. Yet, please kindly understand in advance that we cannot meet your request perfectly due to ordering situation, the stock of parts. Also, we do not guarantee when to finish repairing. Various factors can all contribute to delays unexpectedly, and vice versa.
